De Jong DUKE machines achieve the ECBC ‘Seal of Approval’ for coffee quality 

De Jong DUKE, a leading manufacturer of innovative coffee machines, is proud to announce that we have received a certificate of approval* from the European Coffee Brewing Centre (ECBC). This seal of approval confirms that De Jong DUKE coffee machines meet the highest standards of quality and consistency, as defined by the 'Golden Cup Standard'.  This approval is applicable to the following models; Virtu, V'eco, Zia, Edge, Blu, Lua, Avy and the newest model Rosa. 

The ECBC certification is a testament to our commitment to providing the best possible coffee experience to end users within the OCS market. The ECBC evaluation covers several critical tests, including the consistency of the grinder, the boiler temperature during the brewing cycle, and brewing a ‘Golden Cup’ with a consistent Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) value and extraction.
